Qualifications and Background
After graduating from USC School of Dentistry in 1978 and earning my specialty degree in Periodontics from Boston University in 1980, I began my private practice in the greater Los Angeles area. In 1997, I moved my practice to Northern California and have worked in the Bay Area with local professionals since that time.
I am currently on the faculty of the University of the Pacific Dental School teaching and involved in research projects. While still living in Southern California, I was on the faculty team of the University of California Irvine Medical Center’s Beckman Laser Institute and Assistant Professor at the USC Department of Periodontics.
I try hard to lead a healthy lifestyle and enjoy hiking, martial arts, and working out, as well as tennis. In my spare time I try to get to live concerts, theater art, museums, and our local wineries and farmers markets in Sonoma County. I also have a beautiful 18 year old daughter and 2 year old grandson.
