For your convenience we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express , Easy Financing, Care Credit. We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, therefore payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. If you have questions regarding your account, please contact us. Many times, a simple telephone call will clear any misunderstandings.
Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees incurred, if you have dental insurance coverage they will be billed as a courtesy.
Patient’s are responsible for payment, not the insurance company and not the dental office. Insurance estimates are gladly given for procedures, but insurance carriers do not guarantee payment. Therefore if the insurance payment is lower than the estimate or claims are not paid, the patient is ultimately responsible for the “unpaid balance.”
